Created in 1999 by the Christians of the Cameroonian Baptist Convention as an alternative to traditional banks, the Mutual Guarantee Financing Company (MUGFIC) PLC operates according to Christian principles. Registered in the Registry of the Court of First Instance Bamenda under TPPRR;RC.BDA of 2009B.072, in accordance with OHADA regulations relating to commercial companies. It's a cat. 2 MFI authorized by COBAC under Decision No. COBAC D -2006/38 of 16 May, 2006, and MINEFI, under Arrete Number 06/354/CF/MINEFI of 11/10/06. With its Head Office (HO) in Bamenda and branches in Kumbo, Kumba, Douala Bonaberi, Ndu, Douala Mboppi, Mutengene, Bafoussam, Mbingo and Yaoundé, MUGFIC is run and managed by qualified and honest staff. .1. Visit any of our MUGFIC branches and speak to a representative about opening and account. 2. Provide identification documents such as; Passport or National ID card. 3. Complete an application form which will comprise of your personal information 4. Provide proof of address, by providing your localization plan 5. Provide initial deposit. This will depend on the type of account you intend to open 6. Review and sign account agreement. A copy of the account agree will be given to the customer to review and sign 7. Receive account information: The customer will be provided with their account number, as well as information about how to access their accounts through mobile banking. 8. Start banking.
